Reliable Water Leak Detection

I have about 10 battery operated water leak detectors around the house (under the sink, under the drain, ..). They saved us from various leaks and floods more than once. Children clog the sink. The dishwasher is leaking because it is clogged or the rotating arms have been prevented from rotating properly. One day, a partial clog in our sewer line caused a backwater to the bottom drain. I installed these smart Wi-Fi water sensors in 3 places that are particularly important to me (under the dishwasher, under the laundry room sink that doesn't have an overflow). , and at a spot in our basement where we once had a leak due to a leaking roof two floors up). The wi-fi is good but I don't know if she would trust it. The weak link here is that phone configuration and the way the app integrates with our phones will change over the years. The most important thing for me about this water detector is that it's hardwired into an outlet (so there's no need to drain the battery if we miss the low battery beep because we're not home), and that's a big deal Cable to a small water sensor. I have placed the electronics box in a place where there is no risk of water leakage and a small water detection sensor somewhere, for example under the dishwasher overflow pipe (where I also use a small plastic drip tray to catch those that have overflowed once). - year dishwasher, small water leak). I have been using these 3 detectors for about a year and am a very satisfied customer. One of them recently started beeping because of a small leak in the dishwasher. Thanks to that warning, this leak didn't matter much. If we hadn't been warned this could have turned into a big deal.
