This product has a terrible sound.

I've tried everything, new pens, even spent a bunch of $$$ on a Sonos port to make it work and it still sounds SHIT! i want to return it DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ENJOY GOOD SOUND. sorry never again I wish there was a way to contact the seller. I tried so many ways to make it work but the sound is S&***
