responsive and very responsive to our needs!

The team at corelation is very responsive! They listen closely to our needs and concerns regarding how we want them to help us with marketing campaigns. Sometimes it takes several emails back and forth before they get what you're asking about; however once they do understand your question or concern, they respond quickly (sometimes within minutes). I think this would be more of an issue if there were other people in my department who could communicate better as well - but overall great communication from everyone involved so far. We've been able to see some good results since implementing these services last month. Our goal was to improve engagement around membership benefits while also increasing awareness of opportunities available through our branch network across multiple channels like social media & website/mobile app. These programs have helped increase traffic to specific pages which has led to higher conversion rates by encouraging members to complete tasks such as applying.
