Decent, but the limitations of

. So first for the good - it's ridiculously capable. I almost never need full power. It works well for frying. Cons: As a previous reviewer mentioned, it ripples a lot at low power. What's even worse, in my view, is that the induction coil only heats the thin ring around the bottom of the wok, so anything on that ring can burn - in other words, you have to make sure you're constantly moving food around. I wish I could find a nice round base made out of thick stainless steel to transfer heat more evenly.
