I like that my schedule is automatically changed upon confirmation of an appointment, which saves me time from having to check in via email or phone each day before appointments are scheduled. It’s also helpful for our team members who can easily see when their next available session will be without needing to ask us directly. Not many things about this software! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get your payment processed after scheduling. This happens more often if you pay by credit card but we have no control over how quickly they process payments so there isn't much else we could do here. We use Beeren as a way to keep track of all of our group sessions (which run almost every week). The best part has been being able to set reminders ahead of time for upcoming groups with just one click instead of constantly checking back daily. And because everything's linked together using Google Calendar, it makes managing multiple calendars easier too!
