I'm 5'2", 129 lbs, 36C, with a small frame and a short torso. It is so hard to find long dresses that don't drag on the floor, that aren't tight or itchy, and that you can freely move your arms in. But this dress is it! I got the Small, and it is perfect! It is soft, the pattern is great, the waist and front area is flattering with the buttons and the tie, and you can lift your arms and move freely. It is not too tight across the chest or shoulders, like some smalls can be. It washes well in cold/delicate. I dry it for a few minutes, then take it out and hang it, and it doesn't wrinkle. The length may have shrunk slightly, but it is not a big deal. I even got it in two other colors! Totally worth it! Highly recommend for petite people. I even got one in a Medium for a blousier look with longer sleeves, and it also looks cute, but overall, I like the Small better.
