Review on Sterilite 18689004 Storage File 4 Pack by Aries Gregg

I have bought several of these containers over the past 2 months and they are great for storing files, sweaters, photos etc. They fit perfectly together, on a shelf or stacked. The square shape and bottom are a plus. The bottom is the lid. It fits well and in my experience was strong enough to put 4 other full containers on top, but I received one that was cracked and broken. It was strange because I bought 4 containers and the 3rd had a broken lid. I don't think it could have broken in transit as the top or bottom would have broken as well. That leads me to believe it was broken before shipping! I've since read the experiences of others who have bought these containers and found this to be a common occurrence! From the looks of it, you can't just get a replacement lid, so all you have is a file container and no lid.
