It serves its purpose just like other expensive brands

I could buy this vacuum cleaner on a better day for $317.99 with coupon. I have done 4 full cycles on my multi story home so far with great results. I'm going to split my review into what I think are the most important things people look for in a robot vacuum. Suction: As dog owners, we wanted something that would work well to pick up hair from both carpeted and hardwood floors. Surfaces. So far, it has removed animal hair from these surfaces just as well as our stationary vacuum cleaner. The vacuum has a setting that automatically detects when it's on a carpet and goes into "carpet mode," which is essentially its maximum power mode. After the first and second cleaning I was pleasantly surprised to see a mostly full dust bag and almost no trace of dog hair. Navigation: Since this vacuum cleaner has LIDAR, it shows the area that it is constantly cleaning. The first time you start the vacuum cleaner, it takes a long time because when scanning, your area seems to be divided into different zones. Don't worry, after mapping the entire area, it will be much more efficient next time you vacuum. It cleans in a "Z" pattern instead of randomly hopping around the room like some of the dumber robot vacuums. My basement, for example, took 79 minutes to map and clear the first pass, but only 50 minutes for the second pass because its path was much more efficient. If you have a multi-level house, you must specify this in the app's settings. Once you have fully mapped a floor you can use the Edit Map menu Add Map and your vacuum will then map a different area. It overcomes obstacles well as it also has a cliff sensor, bump sensor and lidar. It automatically connects to the docking station after cleaning is complete or if the battery needs to be charged before cleaning is complete. Battery: Since most of my house is carpeted, it's in carpet mode most of the time, which is essentially the "max suction" setting. . The vacuum cleaned about 800 square feet this morning alone, and when it finished, it had 60% battery left. If you have hardwood floors and use lower wattage, you can easily stretch the battery to over 2,000 square feet. Noise: Even at the highest level, the vacuum cleaner does not get very loud. Normally I could talk to someone out loud if they are working in the same room. If you want it to work while you sleep, it has a quiet mode, which I have to say is pretty damn quiet. In the app, you can also set the DND time when each cleaning will automatically pause, turn off the AI voice, and dim the lights on the vacuum cleaner itself. App: The Tuya app has worked well for me so far. There are many settings that you can view and adjust to your liking. You can set a schedule, edit maps, control your vacuum remotely, and more. The map editor is pretty intuitive. You can set up virtual invisible walls, divide your areas into zones, set how often you want the vacuum to cover each zone, etc. The app does its best to automatically create zones (rooms) after mapping, but there is a manual way to Merging areas and splitting them up when he doesn't do it right. Stripping: Although I haven't tried stripping, I'll give you some advice. When water is attached to the mop, it cannot be turned on or off. If attached, it will try to wipe it. If you have a home like mine, my kitchen and dining room have hardwood floors and the rest of the main floor is carpeted. I don't want water on my carpet. So you can create a "zone" just for the forests in the map editor. When you set up your vacuum to clean, you can direct it to only clean certain areas (they are colour-coded). That way you don't have to worry about him trying to wash the carpet. In general, it is a very reliable vacuum cleaner at the moment. I will update my review if anything changes. I've never heard of this brand - Vrillo but it does the job well. Why try if you are looking for a cheap lidar vacuum as it has all the features that expensive brands have.
