Review on Sony WF-SP700NB Black Wireless Headphones with Enhanced SEO by Anson Chen ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The purchase did not justify itself at all.

Unfortunately, not even a year has passed since purchasing the headphones, and they have already failed. First, the sound became distorted, with only 50–60% of the original remaining, and then it completely stopped keeping the battery in the left earphone. I took it to a Sony facility that was authorized, and they came to the conclusion that it was NON-REPAIRABLE. Even though I purchased the headphones via the official Sony online store and the warranty term has not yet expired, I am currently battling with the store to get a refund despite having the act and all of the supporting documentation. That sums it up nicely. Total and utter dissatisfaction with Sony's products Despite the fact that, a few years ago, I was an avid supporter of this brand,

Pros
  • I gave it a lot of thinking before deciding between the completely wireless headphones offered by AirPods and Samsung's IconX. The reviews weren't the only source of information; I also "used my ears" myself. I decided to go with the white model WF-SP700N. I have been making use of it for the past few days, and I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase. This product is not the least expensive of its kind, and it is one that I believe it would not be wasteful to spend money on. The sound and noise reduction is nothing short of incredible. Not the rumble of the train, but music fills my ears while I'm riding the metro. "Ears" are extremely lightweight and will not come loose from the ear canal under any circumstances. Simply said, it is not possible to shake them out. The disadvantages include a slightly cumbersome box, but this is hardly a deal breaker, and a very subdued "built-in lady with tips" level. The condition of the battery continues to be excellent. I prefer to listen with the volume set to 60 +/- % (anything louder than that is already extremely audible).
Cons
  • One of the drawbacks is that the box is quite bulky, but this is hardly a deal breaker. Also, the "built-in lady with tips" feature is rather subdued.
