NOT waterproof, best accessory
It's not waterproof, buy some silicone spray and get rid of it, had to do this do when i first got it. My wife and I drove back to see my family and it rained on the way there and back and every time I removed the cover from my scooter the seat was wet. Thank goodness the scooter was new and the seat was 99% waterproof but you can't ride long before it starts to hold water. Cannot return as it is weathered and has some tire dirt.
