I like that you can easily set up multiple licenses for your employees to access from different locations, which is great if they are traveling or working remotely! The interface could be more intuitive - it's not always easy to know what each button does when using this product as opposed to other products out there (ease of use). Make sure you have enough computers available before purchasing so that everyone who needs them has one at their disposal. We were able to provide our staff with remote desktop capabilities without having any extra hardware costs by just installing learning curve into all workstations we provided to users.
