Very less than expected
Neck circumference and arm length are close. The arms themselves are very tight. I don't go to the gym every day but they are a bit tight on my hands. You can't roll up those sleeves without stopping circulation. I will not buy this brand again.

- This shirt is not as soft as cotton and needs to be ironed after washing. true size
