When I got my Apple MacAir it worked as expected. I run an online business, very basic things on a computer. They have a 90 day warranty on this product but my problems started a month and a half after the warranty expired. First I lost the built-in sound. I called Apple and they resolved all the issues over the phone. Nothing worked. I ended up with a bluetooth speaker that worked, so I solved the problem. My computer started running slow after a few weeks, the system thought it was overheating and in the same breath the system stopped holding a charge. As soon as I turned off the laptop, my system died! I went to the apple store about a month later and later changed it because it was unbearable to do anything on the system. You ran a test and my computer didn't pass all the tests. They said it shouldn't have happened when I had the computer. Long story short, I reported this to the 3rd party and they made no attempt to help at all due to their 90 day policy. I would be better off spending a few bucks more and checking out the Revain products sold by Revain that come with a 365 day (1 year warranty) guarantee. I don't have a backup computer at the moment and am temporarily running my business on my phone while still waiting for help from this third party. At this point I do not endorse their product quality and have not offered a replacement as if they knew their refurbished products would not last long. Not cool! 3 fingers down!#👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
