Not specifically designed to be worn on the waist

Despite the description, this product is not intended to be worn as a waist belt. That means you can either wear it around your waist or around your hips, but you really can't, at least not comfortably. I should have guessed that statement right away. Which product can work for both? These are completely different shapes! The product is loose at the top and bottom and tapered in the middle to follow the natural shape of a woman's waist. If you want to wear it comfortably at the waist, the product should be narrower at the top and sag more and more at the bottom. When I placed it on my hips, the top half felt comfortably saggy, but the middle and bottom halves were narrow and too tight for what I intended to wear while running. For reference, my waist is 24 inches and my hips are 32 inches. . I ordered medium because I wanted to wear it lower on my hips. If I want to wear it around the waist, which I don't, I would have to order a smaller size. I tried wearing it around my waist but it was too loose. I will not order a size down as I find it incredibly uncomfortable sitting on the waist. It looks much better as a hip belt, unfortunately it wasn't specifically designed for that. I will continue my search for a more suitable product. I've posted some pictures to show the different ways of wearing it.
