Received disgusting and dirty even though I bought a new one. Also definitely not as durable as advertised. Since there are no additional cross braces between the "handles" at the back, it can rock back and forth quite a lot. No non-slip steps or floor pads. There is a pattern on the steps but my 4 year old slipped off the bottom step for the first time with dry bare feet. The foot pads are felt, not grippy rubber, so it slides everywhere. I've ordered non slip tread tape and grip pads which should be arriving soon to make them safer. Overall I am very disappointed with the cleanliness, purchase, quality and safety of this product especially for the price.
