Communication with them on the site is only through their form, after which the joyful message "Customer support staff will respond to your request within one business day" comes to the mail. And that is all! It's been completely silent for over a month! And if you go to the site and also try to find out the status of my question through the form, they say that they allegedly received the hard drive from me for repair, and so that I can calmly wait for it to be sent back to me by mail. Despite the fact that I did not send the hard drive anywhere, and ADATA simply does not have my home address to send something by mail! Those. terrible quality and absolute lie!
