I will never buy again. The product works well and I've had my first one for about 2 years. The monitor hasn't turned on lately and I thought it was a defective monitor so I ordered a new full kit. I have several trucks and it works well for hooking up trailers. one. so why not. when I got a new one. I plugged it in and everything works as usual. So I tried the old monitor with the new power cord and you know what. The monitor is fine, it's the cable. I called Master Lock and they told me. I HAD NO LUCK. They don't sell any cables or any parts for this thing. Excuse me. They don't know what to tell me. They buy them from third parties and cannot help. The third is China. What the hell. I will never buy it or anything else from MASTER LOCK ever again. What a nonsense. Hopefully I can find a universal cable that works.
