Tightened JKU steering on the highway (I can't say off-road, since Jeep has never driven on paved roads). Go under your parked JK and have someone wiggle the steering wheel back and forth, look at the sector steering shaft, mine not only turned but moved side to side significantly. I was expecting a worn tie rod end or weak tie rod and it was the sector shaft and front tie rod bracket that were bent. Let's see how it holds up on Michigan's salty roads this winter. I have found that with the Teraflex alignment kit (2" shims) I also need the Synergy rail bar, the OEM rail touches the sector shaft nut about 1 3/4" of front spring compression, the teraflex monster rail does not work, I tried but had less play than the stock steering rack Oh and the Synergy track bar is very good.
