Review on SocialWeaver by Bill Snyder

I like how quick they are at replying back when needed or if questions arise during my day with them! It's not too hard for me as an admin but sometimes there is confusion between things that need done so some times we have issues getting scheduled in time etc - which can be frustrating especially since their support team has been great!! They do all sorts of social media management including Instagram/Facebook scheduling (which was something I did NOT want). This allowed us more control over our posts without having someone else managing everything and also being able to respond quickly to comments from people viewing one post vs another.
