Stabilizer joint broken at the ball joint

Stabilizer joint passenger broken directly at the ball joint after installation it worked correctly, after 3 minutes it broke! I had to go to the auto zone and buy a new one for $40, I'd like a refund for that. It could get dangerous, everything else was perfect.
