My mother wanted jewelry for Christmas, something like a "gold medallion" that did not look cheap. I already tried ordering an Aztec calendar that came back the size of a nickel and looked so cheap! This is perfect. It has weight to it and is beautiful! I got the matching bracelet for her as well. I can't say if it lasts a long time as I just got it, but I'll update if there is a problem. It came in a nice jewelry box, and actually I liked the gold chain it came with, although I was prepared to substitute it with a better one. When I was showing my mom options, this one one she liked, and to my great relief it lived up to the picture. I'm enclosing pics I took of both, although with the lighting, I'm not sure I did them justice, but it will give you an idea of size. I haven't had a lot of success ordering jewelry online, so this seller/merchant is one to bookmark! If my mom doesn't like it, I will keep these for MYSELF!
