I like the ease of use. It's a very simple software to use, it's easy to learn and you can do most things with just one click. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when I try to go back to my previous step I have to wait for some seconds before being able to go back. Sometimes I don't know why but the software doesn't recognize me as logged in, or if I'm already logged in it takes me to an empty page. If you are looking for a quick way to automate your workflows this is the solution. I am using it to automate the process of creating tickets, sending emails and so on.
