Review on 🔝 Enhanced Performance Kit: Power Stop K5516 Front and Rear Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors by Benjamin Chang

My wife and I are very happy with these brakes. I've always wanted to put on some performance brakes, but never did. They significantly improved the smoothness and braking performance of our 2014 Chevy Equinox. She has 105,000 miles, mostly interstate. The old pads and rotors didn't look like they were late in life, but they felt and sounded terrible. These new ones are amazing. Installation was pretty much a tutorial. I thought I needed more lube when I made the first pair; but when I got to the second axis, I found that there were a lot of them. The burglary process was fairly easy if you can find an open area to do it, and the smell predicted in the instructions was definitely there. As a result, the braking performance is simply outstanding. I am very happy that I chose this path. No regret. As other reviewers have pointed out, they could have been better packaged. The box was in rough condition, but luckily the contents survived.
