I work hard on my letter, especially at night when I can't sleep. Turning on the lamp is too much light and draws attention, so this little thing is perfect. The light is bright but does not hurt the eyes. Screen glare is not a problem for me as I can adjust the direction and angle of the light. The small white round power button is touch sensitive, which I liked. No special battery required - it plugs into the laptop's USB port. Slim and light, ideal for traveling. I'll see later how strong the spine will be after using it a little longer.
