I ordered this for my Lexus IS 250 and the screws were not long enough to catch the threads of my car. I emailed them and within 30 minute they responded. They sent me two different sizes of anti-theft mechanical bolts, 8 carbon fiber screw caps, and a neat metal keychain. They were so helpful and even added some extras to my request.As for the actual product, I don't think it's real carbon fiber but it sure looks like it. It fits all license plates in the US, you can see it from far away, and makes my car look super sporty.
