Great for difficult transition kayaks

There is a class of kayaks that are longer than pleasure kayaks but shorter than sea kayaks. In the past, they were often not equipped with a front partition, but with a foam carrier. In my case it is 14 feet with a very pointed shape. These are the bags that fit. GREAT. For a transitional/touring/sea kayak without a forward bulkhead but with a foam stand, these are bags. Good heavy plastic, good attachment loops, inflatable tubes work well. I've never found the "vent valves" they describe for quick deflation. My only criticism is that the inflation tubes could have been longer. I can't fill up the bags in the kayak, I have to stick my head in the cockpit from the outside.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Low repairability
