Waste of time and money

Crap. It's not identical to the original, but it's larger than the top button on the case, enough to close it without damaging it, impossible. It broke on the first install. I've opened and closed the original GoPro plastic part for the Hero 2 many times, so I know it wasn't my fault, it was the manufacturer's fault. So I went back to rubber bands. Do not buy this item
