This product is easy to use and set up. The water valve hose just didn't work for the RV, but I had a bucket that I used and it did the trick. Three uploads and this is my resume. It won't dry your clothes 100%, but it comes very close. I only filled my first two loads halfway as the bait isn't as big as you use it for drying. It's closer to what they're leading you to believe, but it's still better than expensive laundry and my clothes are actually cleaner! I made three pairs of jeans on this last boot and it was just over halfway through the water. The previous reviews of poor guides are accurate, but give you enough information to work with and learn along the way. . Basically, you add water about halfway down the wash side with water, add detergent, then pre-treat, toss the clothes, and run the wash cycle. Then drain. Then add water and run a rinse without rinse aid. Drain again. Then wring out the garments to put them in the spin dryer since the dryer is on the wash side. The spinner is awesome and has a little cap to push clothes down so they stay flat when spinning. Overall I am very happy with my purchase! It's a little more work than a laundromat, but less hassle considering it's at home, and a lot cheaper in the long run. This unit does make noise, but it's really quieter than I thought it would be, more like a faint white noise. I recommend this to anyone who needs something at home in a small space.
