I first ordered this for my HP Officejet 4632 and my printer recognized the cartridges straight away. Unfortunately, when I ordered the same item again, my printer did not recognize the black cartridge. I thought it was an accident so the product was returned for another. As soon as the new product arrived I tried black ink and again it was not recognized. At this point I tried a color cartridge and the printer recognized it WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, so I put back my old black cartridge which ran out of ink - the printer recognized it. I then looked at the contact points on the back of both black cartridges and they are different. The first photo was my original purchase, the second photo was a repeat order. I don't know why it's different, but it doesn't work for my HP now. So I sent the item back for a full refund. Very slow with the return process and now the product is unavailable, ummm - I'm wondering WHY?
