We bought this changing table for our church bathroom. Installation is fairly easy with clear instructions and a bar to ensure the product is even. A note on installation - hardware is not included. The manual contains various examples of installation situations and equipment to be procured, including tie bolts and lever bolts. Please note that this will slightly increase the cost of this product. Once installed, this changer is very durable. Overall, my setup uses 6 toggle bolts (each rated at 50 pounds) and 3 rivet latch bolts. In fact, when I put some weight on the changer, my wall moves without the changer stretching or flexing. The safety belt keeps the baby safe on the changing table and two compartments offer space for protective sheets, diapers or wipes. I can only recommend this changing table.
