The Faraday cage is designed to block radio signals, which is what this box is designed to do. I did a simple test. I put my Apple Watch in the box, closed the lid securely, walked into another room, and then launched the Find My iPhone app to make it ring. Much to my surprise, the Apple Watch was still able to communicate and ping the response to my phone's request. It is clear that this Faraday cage does not work with Bluetooth/WiFi. It might work on the radio frequencies used by my car keys, but unless someone tries to steal my car with a signal booster/repeater, I'll never know.
