My 11 yo daughter is incredibly picky about her pajamas. She only likes long sleeved and long pants, but not the body hugging type. She is about 5 ft 2 and only 75 lbs (tall and thin) so I got her the size 12-14. She absolutely loves them. They fit the way she likes (loose without being exceptionally baggy ) and the pattern and style is cute without being too baby or girlie. She liked them so much I bought a second pair. Highly recommend
