I couldn't get most of the features of this safe to work. Customer service said I had bad wifi and that was the problem. However, I have no other issues with my WiFi with other devices. I can walk almost half a block from my house and still access Wi-Fi with my phone. Even if this box is next to the router, it doesn't work. 1. Terrible, difficult to navigate web interface with very few options2. The image login WILL NOT WORK if you didn't take the photo yourself. You cannot send or send anyone a photo. It won't work.3. When you're near the thing you can change the passwords, but when you try to do something outside of the office it doesn't work. that does not work! Don't waste money on it.
