Two problems I encountered:* When using the keyboard with this switch, the Ctrl-Shift key combinations no longer work in Windows. I often use Ctrl-Shift-F and others. So if I can fix this problem, I can't help it.* I'm trying to plug my Steelseries Arctis 7 wireless headphone receiver into a third USB port. However, when I do this, only the light on the KVM and keyboard buttons blinks and nothing works - keyboard, mouse and headphones. I got this to work once, but am not sure what exact combination of settings I set. The instructions are useless and seem incomplete. There is a table of "scroll mode hotkeys" but it is not clear what these functions are. The table also contains footnotes (*1, *2, etc.). However, there are footnotes *4, *5, and *6 that don't seem to be referenced anywhere. This leads me to think that the user guide is missing a page that has the answers I need. As I said, I want to love this product, but when I can't solve two of my problems, it comes back.
