I could barely get my foot into this boot even with the laces fully undone, so that's all I can say. With a high instep and the need for a wide toe, even ordering a half size of these boots was a failure and I'm happy because the next boot I tried was the Apex Logan Chelsea boot, which zips open a page. and they are awesome boots so check them out, they cost less than seavees too. I don't know what type of leather the Seavees boots have, but they look artificial, so I can't rate my overall experience with these boots highly and only tried them because the specific size I needed was $70 less was than in normal retail. Price. It also took 2 weeks to arrive for an unknown reason that doesn't bother me.
