I only bought this bag to stuff chewing gum and such for long trips and the construction is great. several mounting options on the steering wheel and steering column, as well as many Velcro straps! Since I'm using a top tube bag I didn't need the Velcro straps for side attachment, I just threaded the bag's loop on the top tube through the bottle pocket and it fits securely and tightly into the head tube. Don't sway, don't sway in the wind. I'll admit I don't use it as a water bottle holder, but based on my experience I think a small bottle (20 ounces or less) would be fine for that. I also love the drawstring top that wraps everything up so when I'm done with these snacks, there aren't any remaining wrappers flying out. An A+ product that is equal to or better than comparable products, but at twice the price!
