I bought this product to wall mount a very light (<1kg) 15.6" touchscreen. The quality of the product is good: it doesn't look cheap and the hinge works well and stays in place (even when I touch the screen to control the computer, it doesn't move). It also looks very good and can actually move in all directions as advertised. Unfortunately, while you can adjust the screen to be in a horizontal straight position, this is only effective in the hand position where you actually made the adjustment. If you rotate it left or right (which changes hand position), it doesn't stay straight horizontally (attached a short video to demonstrate the problem). So I had to be content with the screen being straight in one hand position (which I use most often) and not being straight in other positions. Maybe other people don't care as much as I do (I'm pretty obsessed with stuff like that). .), but because of this issue, I gave a low rating.
