I like the phone powered by a service line with no batteries, the rest is downhill. The volume controls are very poorly balanced. You have to turn it off or you bet you exploded into tones dialing. When switching from headset to speakerphone, you have to press the speaker button and hang up the headset, which is very annoying because you are afraid of losing the call. As for the speakerphone, very poor with a muted volume. I ordered a replacement phone due to this problem and the next one even wore out. Very responsive support with no resolution but offered a partial refund.
