I like how it allows me to get an overview over my whole project, without having to open all pages one by one in order to see what other parts are included in this part of my work. The search function helps to find specific things fast. It's not possible to copy large pieces from the output window into another document or spreadsheet for further editing. Also copying images would be easier if we could paste them directly as well. Using WYSIWYG editors such as Google Docs does help with creating new documents but there is still some manual effort involved when pasting large amounts of data. It's easy to use, it works well with our CMS (Drupal) and we have been able to track SEO results for all pages in our Drupal sites. I like how you can easily add new URLs or change existing ones without having to go into code. There are some features I would really love to see added such as being able to set up redirects from old URL paths to new ones. We're also looking at adding more content types so there will be multiple ways to categorize data within our system.
