The right product for me, there were no problems.

I liked the TV very much. But something went wrong a year later. The image became dark, the backlight remained only in the center of the screen (((.
The Samsung service center reacted quickly and the very next day a master came to the house and changed the display. TV is working again.
Confused by one thing: THIS IS NOT A TV! When I dictated the TV model to the service center, they told me that it was a monitor (! !) with a TV function.
But it's even better))) because. TVs have a year warranty, and monitors 2 years)))) as a result, I was repaired under warranty, despite the fact that this TV / monitor was bought at the end of June 21, and now September 22.

Pros

Image quality, sound, functions, convenient menu, design. Great service! The service is top notch, I've never seen anything like it anywhere else!

Cons

No . . correction: it wasn’t until a little more than a year after the purchase, the screen suddenly turned black - the sound goes on, there is no image. I turned it off for 5 minutes, turned it on, the image appeared, but the backlight was only in the middle of the screen, there was a clear dimming at the top and bottom of the screen (((to look uncomfortable ( PS: despite the unpleasant incident, I will still take my words back, because. Samsung service worked quickly! I called the hotline, they immediately accepted the application, contacted the service center themselves, and the next day the master came to my house. The display was replaced under warranty. As it turned out, there are contacts from the display, on which there is a led backlight, and these contacts are very thin - they burn out, especially from power surges. The problem, they say, is known, but Samsung has not eliminated it. As a result, all that remained of my old TV was the case and one board inside, the display is now new.
