I have a standalone workshop (mobile building 10X16) where I recently installed a solar panel but I needed lighting. Since I'm a cheap skateboarder, I'm buying these 2 lights to try. I routed all the wiring and installed a switch on the door and they work great. During the day they are almost inaudible, but at night they are very bright. These two illuminate the entire workshop and work area. I used the clips, screwed them in place and snapped the headlights onto the clips. Very strong fixation. I haven't tried glue yet, so I can't tell you how it works. Get them if you need good 12 volt lighting somewhere and don't want to waste your arms and legs on it.
