The touch screen didn't work when I was in the water. I was trying to take a picture of my daughter and my phone just started blinking like he was having a seizure. At first I thought my phone was wet but it was dry so the waterproofing seems trustworthy. Although I couldn't text, I could take calls and talk to people and they could hear me and I could hear them. What I didn't like is that my phone gets stuck in the case easily. Even after removing the case from the phone. Also, they could make the neck strap more comfortable. And it's awkward to open and close. That can be good because then I assume it will be harder for water to get inside. All in all, I don't think I can complain much for the price. I have only used the product 2 times at the water park. It seems to work great the first time, but I had more problems the second time. The more I use it if things get worse I'll update this post. I just hope this doesn't ruin my phone and that the product lasts the rest of the summer!
