Beautiful - my new review
Good quality tulle - not too hard but not cheap and soft where it crumbles. I was planning to use it for a Halloween (jellyfish) costume, but seeing the quality I couldn't "destroy" it. The design of the costume has been changed so that it can be worn later!
- Absolutely beautiful tutu!
- Looked cheaply made. The costume didn't work.
