I like that you can add new hashtags by just typing them in or copy/pasting from other apps, so if i'm trying to find trending topics for my clients it's super easy! Sometimes when using multiple accounts (e.g., client vs personal) there are some duplicates which is confusing but not really anything they could change about their system as far as features go. It would be nice if we had more ways of organizing our lists with different tags. For example, instead of having one "trending" list it'd be great if each account was its own separate list where people were able to have specific filters set up per user rather than all at once across an entire platform. We're solving problems related to finding out what consumers want before brands start advertising campaigns so we need something reliable that gives us insights into how many.
