I'm a size 8/10 and got a size large. Fits comfortably and doesn't squeeze my waist in an unflattering way under dresses or skirts. These are VERY opaque so be aware of that when ordering, you will barely see any skin through these. Appropriate for work! And also adds some modesty when wearing very short skirts.
