The support team is always willing to assist with any issue that you have, as long as it's not something they can't fix right away! They give great customer service overall when compared to all other companies I've used in my career (including hosting providers).

Price point of monthly plan was high for us - but we were able handle this since our site wasn't very big at first so scaling up didn't make much sense yet anyway. We're now running multiple sites using their shared server plans which has been working out well thus far.
