Most of my ratings are average. At the first start everything works fine. the article can withstand. One mechanical issue I found was that the spinner could become unbalanced too easily, which would become a problem later if not corrected/unless the item was able to regain balance. I have a half small download of 13 qt. with linen trousers, 1 3/4 outfits, and only recommend no denim jeans or heavy hemp, duck fabric, thick wool clothing and the like (2p wool socks were in my wash). I wouldn't wash more than one sheet at a time either. I found that you need to remove the item and run the final cycle to flush the water out of the mechanism. I wish there were full multilingual instructions with maintenance recommendations. I will not rely on it for all my underwear. I think this *might* be a decent water saver.
