Very disappointed. The first problem: The product description states that it is "aluminum". It's NOT aluminum. It is made entirely of plastic and simply painted grey. This is an outright deception. The second problem is poor product design. Before inserting the drive into the main drive case, it must be placed in a plastic tray. After inserting the drive into the tray, you need to attach cheap plastic support rails to the sides of the tray. Without the support rails, the drive will not sit snugly against the drive housing. But the retaining rails are thin, brittle plastic, and mine broke about the third time I tried to insert a disc. A better design would be to eliminate the tray and support rails entirely and simply resize the case to the right size for the drive. Mount directly without support rails.
