At first I thought this would be a decent printer. I was wrong. The device was riddled with dead parts, support that was a joke, and firmware that seemed designed to fool you. I had to replace the hot end, non-standard nozzle, build plates, and other parts. In the end it was some crappy firmware that finally killed me. It seems that the printer decides to turn off the build plate heater when your print job takes less time. This will constantly destroy your print job as it peels off. In the end, the only joy I got from owning this printer was ripping it apart and throwing it in the trash. What a waste of my money and time.
