What a nightmare. in AM products

At first I thought this would be a decent printer. I was wrong. The device was riddled with dead parts, support that was a joke, and firmware that seemed designed to fool you. I had to replace the hot end, non-standard nozzle, build plates, and other parts. In the end it was some crappy firmware that finally killed me. It seems that the printer decides to turn off the build plate heater when your print job takes less time. This will constantly destroy your print job as it peels off. In the end,

Best arrived broken in 3D printers

Update 06/08/2021 After all that is said and done I'll stick with my one star rating. Replacing the limit switch takes over a month, makes my printer unusable and takes up a lot of space. Customer service is not very good and apparently there is no quality control department. —————————————— After reassembling, I found that the Y axis does not return to its original position and only moves about 10mm. in the wrong direction when I return home automatically. I contacted support and they only…

Great printer, terrible software.

I have had this printer for about 72 hours now. The print quality of the printer is excellent. The prints were dense and smooth. It took a little while to set up the Z stop, but everything was great after that. Four star rating only because after connecting this printer to Octopi and using it for 3 days the firmware is broken. The LCD got stuck on the loading screen and wouldn't move any further. Luckily I'm an engineer and I'm adamant about it. Failed to load firmware from SD card or Cura even
